Recently bought a trident maple and noticed that leaf tips are turning brown. I suspect it is the leaves changing color but want to make sure as I am new to this craft. Please let me know what you think as shown by the image below. (P.S, the brown parts of the leaves do not feel crispy or burnt)

It is what happens to leaves, they do die and more so in the kind of weather we have had this year. There appears to be new growth as well, so nothing to worry about.
