HI there,

Been reading about Bonsais for a bit, but never had actually one. I am looking online to get my first bonsai, and I am between these three varieties. Maybe someone can give me a bit of advice on which one should I get?

The bonsai is going to be indoors, next to a large window, although I live in ol'good grey London, so there will be light, but very rarely direct sunlight. As I am starting with this, I would also like to get a tree that it is relatively easy to care and maintain alive!

The three varieties are chinese sweet plum, Oriental Tea Tree, and Chinese eml.

Any help appreciated!

I would recommend doing a bit more readin: www.growingbonsai.net/why-is-my-tree-not-a-bonsai/

Besides that, a ficus is much easier to keep healthy indoor.

In London there will be at least one bonsai society. Find it or them and talk to people there about species and care. You can read web sites all day and night but talking with people will tell you more. Well, listening is better.
