Hi, my bonsai, a ficus, has some leafs affected and what is more alarming is that 3 out of 4 roots are hollowon the inside(they seem to be empty, nothing solid inside), What can I do? There is no sign on insects on the leafs.
It still have a lot of healty leafs.

You are probably giving it too much water. Or you let it dry out. Or..

I keep it somwhere bellow a window, it has natural light, about 70% to what it will receive if is put next to the window.

Well bonsai or not, doesn’t matter, I dont want to lose it. I have it for a few years and didn’t had issues with it.
