So I have 4 baobab bonsai trees in training about 3 to 4 years old. I normally move them into a shed before winter to keep them warmer and dry. I live in san diego county and just got hit by a decent amount of rain for out here. So my trees got soaked and I was going to put them in the shed this weekend.... anyways does anyone have any good advice for me? Should I uproot them and store them in the shed without soil or should I get some dry soil, re pot them and store them in the shed? Or have any other ideas?

How about just putting them in your shed and letting your free draining soil dry?

I think i will end up doing that, but I'm using fox farm ocean forest soil so with the temperatures being lower then normal, the soil will be wet for a week...
