Bonsai Present & Unhappy Tree was created by Shartzen

I got a Black Monkey Thorn Tree as work anniversary gift from my colleagues. Unfortunately as much as I appreciate the gift they did not think of the fact that I travel / move a lot for work. My tree is very unhappy and this is causing my unhappiness. The tree doesn't like moving and it's starting to show. Any advise?
