Hey everyone!!
I just received a couple little Chinese Elms in the mail from Bonsai Outlet.
I’ve read a lot of conflicting articles in regards to winter care. I live in Nebraska, zone 5.
It’s well below 40F/4C here in the winter. It’ll most likely get below 0 here soon.
I’ve read to keep them in a cool garage area during the winter for dormancy. But I’ve also read to keep them in a window where they can receive some sunlight.
My plan is to keep them by a window until spring and then get them outside.
Any suggestions?
Thanks everyone!!
