Hi,
I brought this tropical fig just before Christmas, it is about 10-12 years already.
I have moved house during the period, and since all the moving it has lost all its leaves. Please could someone tell me if the tree is still alive, and how best to get the leaves back? Is it due to winter? Or I am nervous it hasn't liked the moving around, and temperature changes.

We can't see any pictures from your original post. Unfortunately.

Dropping leaves is not enough to tell whether a plant is dead. With ficus quite reliable are the tips of the branches. If they are no longer green, but brown, the tree has very little change of recovery. If they are still green there is hope. In that case, ensure the soil never fully dries out but is not soaking wet either. Place in a will-lit, warm (20+ C) place and wait.
