Brown/grey spots on Fukien Tea tree was created by KatieKat

Hello Bonsai buddies!

Got over the yellow leaf drop, now my plant has these grayish spots on the leaves. I have been more cognizant of watering. Plant has full led grow light And I mist it a few times a day. Completely indoor plant so no bugs... temp is good, round 70 F.

Is this mold? Please advise. I love this little tree...

It looks like fungus to me.

What is the rescue? Removal of effected leaves? Natural fungicide? Stop misting?

I wanted to make sure I fix the problem
