Nice material. Impossible to identify. There are countless cultivars and not having a clear picture of the developed leaves doesn't make things easier.
Google images of Acer Krakomi, Acer Kawakami or Acer caudatifolium and compare - or wait for a reply on Bonsainut...
Seems irrelevant though as I see you "Have already decided to not buy it"
