I am new with Bonsai and from the start I have a problem. After 1 month my Bonsai (Japanesse Elm) started to lose leaves. I have tried to water it as it is advised but it happened nevertheless. How can I save it?

Ivantes, be welcome here.
Just so you don't feel bad because your tree is already on the edge of the grave, please search this forum.
You are going to find a lot of "S" shaped Elms sold as indoor bonsai, and dying.
It happens to everybody at the beginning, and it hurts.
There is a thread from last week and surprisingly the plant looks exactly like yours, see:

So, about your Elm:
The plant should be outdoors; the soil is not appropriate for bonsai; it is almost dead; it needs humidity and open shadow; it is an elm grown commercially in a chinese farm where thousands and thousands are made to look exactly the same and then imported from garden centres, walmart or home depot.
I am talking about this kind of farm below:

It's a cheap buy, so if it dies, you can purchase a better tree. Ask here first. Study your possibilities.
I'll leave a link for you, could be helpful:

Looks like it dried out one afternoon, lost it roots. Probably the soil was never watered fully.

For now, the trick is to keep the soil moist but never soaked and to not expose the tree to the sun during the hotter part of the day. Putting it in bright shade with a tranparant plastic bag over it might help.

Yes, it could save it.

I spend a lot of time at Home Depot since it is close to my house. I avoid the table of "bonsai' trees.

There is some discussion on the list here as to what is or isn't bonsai. I tend to be more liberal in my granting of the term than some. These poor thing labelled "bonsai" aren't.
