this season I have old green growth turning yellow,
It gets 5 hrs of direct sunlight , then pull
it down in shade and water, it gets fish\seaweed fert
weekly..been going this for 2 years. now some of the green is turning
yellow and dying.
do I trim the bad stuff off ????
any assistance would be appreciated

Old needles at some point die. If it is really only the inner needles, it is normal. Wait for them to turn brown then spend a few days with a pair of tweezers pulling them off.
