I found beautiful bonsai fruit trees seeds on application called wish, but I don't know if they are GMO

Every time a new generation happens the genes are modified. Your seeds don't have the same genes as parents.

Is this like for Apples, that the tree most likelly will not produce tasty fruits?

Excuse my basic question. I live in a climate where peach are not an option.
