My Juniper Bonsai had been very well throughout the entire hot summer months. I watered well every two to three days and sprinkled the leaves with a spray bottle daily. I Used some fertilizer three months ago, and applied it exactly as directed. I also leave it on a spot that gets half a day of sunlight then half a day of shade However, the last few days we have gotten an unusually high amount of rain in hot south Texas. My plant has been constantly damp because of it. Then yesterday i noticed the nice green leaves starting to turn more ash brown, and it happened so quickly. I do not know what to do to help save my plant, please help me!! I will attach three pictures of the current state and one of the previous state.

If it has been hot then nowhere near enough water!!!! If the temperature here is 20C plus I am watering at least once a day, if it is higher then twic a day.Junipers thrive in the sun, but they do need watering, and I think it is as good as dead.

I read online about the scratch test where you scratch the branches and if you see green it is alive, i have done this test and see green. Can i still save the plant if this is the case?

The only reason to do a scratch test is to confirm a tree is dead. If you see green, it does not mean the tree will live. For this young plant, the future doesn't look bright.

Indeed. Scratching does not tell you much:

This tree looks very much gone to me.
