20-Yr Old Euro Yew Bushes--to bonsai? was created by PeaceOutBabe

Hey folks! Love this site! Need help. Bot house with ugly row of neglected 20+yr old hedge of Euro Yrews. Removed all but three with most interesting branches. Have thinned out greatly and love the faux-bonsai look achieved. Is there a way I can use wiring techniques to better cluster branches? Still quite flexible on ends and are healthy. About 3' tall. Suspect wire would need to be quite a heavy gauge. In Missouri. Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

3' is three feet? sorry, i always forget how the accents work.

wiring is an option. also look at guy wires and the use of builders steel when making large sized bonsai?

Yes, 3 feet tall aprox, up to 5' spread. They are ea separated by maybe 15-20' feet between the three. Didn't want to sacrifice them all as they are alive and begging for another life. Yes, was expecting guy lines necessary. What gauge of builders' steel wire?
Is this something often done? Im not finding any info on it. Thanks for your help! I
