Hello, I'm absolutely new to having any plant and only got this Bonsai a couple of weeks back. I think I did not water it enough thinking I might overwater it and then it dried to a point where I overwatered it I think.
Why does it look like this? Is it dead is there any chance of it's survival?? I feel really awful n guilty ever since . Please help. Thank you.

There is a slight chance: place it outside where it belongs ( trees die inside), get rid of that moss, water with garden hose until water comes out of the drainage hole.
