could be too much or too little water or even other things.
can you give more info, plant location how do you water and how often are you fertilizing?

I can yes,
Wisteria tree, Akadama substrate, watered every other day.
Kept inside and fertilised with low nitrogen fertiliser once a week

Might also be worth saying that the tree is only 2 months old so still very very young

Inside is no good.
Also, I wouldn’t fertilize a plant that young.

as said above inside is no good trees die inside, and wisterias need lots of water. i have a tray under my wisteria full of water and have to fill it up everyday but of course mine is outside and about 15yrs old.
