Hi there!

Can I start a bonsai tree from a any tree cutting or I need to get special seeds for them. Moreover, I live in Pakistan ( subtropical), any suggestions which trees will grow best both indoor and out door. I like Maple Bonsai but it is not native to where I live.

First of all forget the indoor trees. There is not one tree in the entire world that lives naturally indoors. 90-99% of the " help my tree is dying " questions is from people with " indoor" trees.
Further there is no such thing as bonsai seed. Bonsai are made by applying a number of techniques to trees that if left untouched will grow out to be normal large trees. Bonsai seed is just a scam.
What you should do is go to a local tree nursery and start with trees that grow in your country. When you become more experienced you can start buying trees that are not native.
