So, I received a Fukien Tea kit in from online. The plant is in a plastic grower pot and has a ceramic bonsai pot in the kit along with the soil. 
When would I repot it into that new ceramic bonsai pot? The plant is 7 years old so they say.

I would think that plant is 2 or 3 years old max. You can re pot it into a ceramic pot if you want, but it could do with growing first. It is one of the most difficult plants to keep alive inside, which is where I assume you will have it. I would want to grow it on for at least next year before doing anything to it. If you find it is not draining then you could re pot but I would keep it in the same pot.
