Well...all is not lost with this hydrangea. I almost forgot that I had 2 cuttings from the original tree. I looked at them today and decided this is the one I'm going to use. It's going to stay in this pot for a few years.
Why keep it in a pot? I assume you would like to fatten the trunk? Best done in the ground?
Hi. New here and also never heard of an hydrangea bonsai. Thx for posting this. I'm very interested as I love hydrangeas. I just purchased one for my "regular" garden, but haven't put it in the ground yet. Now you've given me an idea. . .
