Need Urgent Help - Tottaly New In This Game was created by atul007

I went to a forest, and brought a plants branch of 4 inch SEE PICTURE BELOW
here is winter season. My question is
1.will it grow?
2.How much time it will take?
3.which type of care i have to do?
4.i brought a mango branch but it has big leafs how to get small leafs?

You need to say what country you are in, the plant on the left is a Juniper the other one I don't know. If you only have a branch you need to plant cuttings. If you are in winter depending where you are you may have difficulty getting the cuttings to root.

the one on the right i think is some kind of hornbeam or zelkova.
