I have this flamboyant for about 8 years. Have repotted it a few times. I pruned the roots and
I have mistakenly left the plant in some water that was contaminated with ammonia. After repotting the tree never recover.
Please help. Is there a way I can save this tree that I planted from seed.

If you are in spring, then you could repot without pruning any roots and add more draining soil. In my mind it depends how much ammonia there was that got absorbed. I would wait for more replies as i am not too sure.

The soil looks awful, re pot now into free draining soil, and hope.
