Hey guys,
I went on a yearly vacation to Egypt and decided to take a couple of lemon and apple seeds with me. The seeds did what they should and did sprout well.
I however have a question for the future: I want to turn these seedlings into a bonsai in the future, however, I have no pruning experience when it comes to bonsai (seedlings).

On the picture you can see that there was (accidental) pruning of small leaves and new growth started. Should I do any pruning during it's growth period or leave it completely?

Clear advice will be much appreciated!

Regards,
Mo

Nice result. Not all people manage to grow these from seeds in fruits.
I would not plant it in a bigger container. Plants grow better in a container that is just right, or full ground. Big containers stay too wet too long, hampering growth (Lower temperature, reduced air circulation etc). Only when the roots are clearly filling the pot (You should be able to take the plant out, and the rootball should no longer fall apart) is it time to repot. A good indication is a root number of roots visible in the drainage holes on all sides.

How long should I leave it to grow? A few years? Or should I yearly cut the tree back?
