Is it inside or not, does it get cold where you are?

A few people are telling me to keep it outside, but for the time-being, I am keeping it inside so I can keep an eye on it until Iearn more about it. I would LIKE to keep it inside, but if it will affect the tree's health, I will eventually move it. Where I am, the coldest it gets is about 30˚, 45˚ on average for winter temperatures.

Junipers have to be outside. A week inside to close to a heater may already be enough to make it a dead juniper. Move it.

Move the plant outside.... I had three junipers as a boy, all of which I insisted on keeping inside... all of which were dead within a month. None of them were the best material, but had I listend, they might still be alive... or maybe one of them at least.

OK. So I will definitely move it outside. Do I need to cover it during the winter? Does it need to be outside all year long? Thank you.
