Neem oil spray

I'm planning on spraying my indoor ficus with neem oil as i suspect fungicide on the leafs. Is it safe enough to place my plant back under its white flourescent lights? They don't give off heat.

Or should i leave it out my hydroponic for a few weeks?

I see no issue, especially with fluorescent.
