Hello,
Beginner grower. Just got myself a Juniper tree, about 4/5 years old.
I live in Maine and need some input on indoor/outdoor care. I work from 6am - 3pm and during the day here outside it is usually about 20-30 degrees F, inside the office usually about 65-75 degrees F.
What is the best scenario for my bonsai to be successful?
I attached a picture of it as well,
Thanks for the input!

Normally I'd advise to put it in full soil and let it grow for a couple of years, until you have a big enough trunk to work with.
Unfortunately, you have already removed lower growth. That will not grow back, so you have hardly any options left to make this a good bonsai in the future.
I'd plant it anyway and leave it alone for a couple of years, maybe you can still do something with the lowest branch on the left.
Seems your design is based on what usually called mallsai. I suggest you start digging into the subject, look up juniper bonsai, and compare, and learn the difference.
Junipers belong outside. Look up the guidelines in the 'Tree Species' section, top of the page - and search the forum. The same question about junipers is asked on a daily basis.
