Hi everybody!
I have just registered at this forum because I have a problem with my bonsai. It is an Acer Palmatum (Japanese Red Maple), and it was a gift from my friend two months ago, in the middle of December.
As you can read in the title, some of the branches are getting grey at the top of them. I know it is an outside bonsai, so it is outside of my window. But the brunches also are getting darker, like a brown colour which I don't know if means that it's dry or what. I am watering it every three days approximately, cause it is still winter here (Spain) and it's not growing up too much.
I am going to add some photos of the branches, so it would be easy for you to understand what I mean.

I hope you can help me, I really want it to grow and to be a red smart bonsai!
Thank you very much.
Kind regards!

I do not see anything to worry about. Te ends dry out up to the point of new buds, which is normal.
I would however put the plant straight up. On its side they do not grow that well. And watering is hard.
