Tropical Oak from SEED - begginer was created by antho.neo

Hi Guys,
This is my very first post so please redirect me to existing thread if there is any ( i tried to search here with some keywords like tropical oak, Australian pine etc with no results)
I have started to grow my tropical oak from seed and now its nearly 1 year old ( picture attached ). One month ago I have reported seedling into bigger nursery pot ( please see picture ).

Could you please give me some advises?
1. is nursery pot big enough for 1 year tree or do I need bigger one if I want to develop proper trunk. if no, how big it should be? is it safe to move it to bigger one now ?
2. I haven't found any specific cutting guidelines for tropical oak so I am interested if it is good idea to "shorten" (cut) my 1y plant in order to develop better trunk
3. any further advises that might help me to achieve better results ? I have tried like 30-40 seeds from different trees where I tired many many experiments based on different forums and I have killed the most. This one is only one that survived for 1 year so I would like to keep it alive as long as I can.

Please see the picture where I put a standard pack of tissues by the tree for the height reference.

I am really thankful for any advises that will keep my youngster alive and healthy!

with regards,
Anon

Hey INDO ANDREAS, you sure they take that long to grow? i have about six of them in my backyard, tallest one about 4 meters tall with the trunk measuring about 12-15cm in diameter. Two of them about 2.5 meters tall with trunks of 7-10 cm in diameter and so on.... they are all the same age, ± 2.5 years old. I had no idea they could be made into beautiful bonsai until recently. Any more info and advice on trunk chopping my cassys would be highly appreciated.

Plant it in the ground and leave it for 5 years.
