Hello! You might recall my post last month where I mentioned I was searching for interview subjects for an article I'm writing about bonsai.

A few bonsai brokers have informed me that, once pandemic lockdowns began, interest and business in bonsai boosted exponentially.

If you are a broker or some other party with insight into this phenomenon, can you leave a comment? How did bonsai surge once the pandemic lockdowns in the west begin (in terms of sales, interest, etc.) that you observed?

If you'd like to go on record, that would be great. Just leave your name and credentials. OR, if not, that's totally fine. I can include your comment on background, but please let me know a little bit about how you were able to come up with such insight. For example, something like: "I own a bonsai tree nursery and sales tripled, year over year, between April and September."
