Hey everyone,

I'm a little bit worried about my tree as it has some sort of green bumps on the leaves, paired with holes. Also some leaves have a tiny bit of white powder on them, especially on the edges. Sometimes a few ants can be spotted, wandering around the tree. They seem to go under the soil.

The tree looks to be in a good shape still. The things I am reporting are also only to be seen on a small part of the tree. But I don't want that to change.

I have already explored the whole internet to find out what it could be, but no case seems to be similar to mine. Can anyone identify if this is even a problem, and if so, what it is? Any advice would be much appreciated!

The holes are a sign of a visitor. Probably a beetle munching on your tree (But check for caterpillars and snails too). The bump could be a parasitic wasp eggs, or mites. Hard to telll from your picture.

As it is a minor infection, I would not worry about it fr now. If it becomes widespread you might have to tackle it.
