I’ve had this bonsai for 4 years now. He’s been through better and hard times.
About 1 year ago I took it to the office. It started losing vitality. I did a earth transplant (with proper bonsai earth), gave it some liquid adube and it started growing very well and bright. But then it started decaying.. I think it was a mixture of the AC (not directly near it, but it’s quite strong), too much light (facing East) and inconsistent watering (I travel a lot). I also noticed a white powdery thing appearing..
So I took it home, did another earth transplant and pruned the dead branches.. but it continued decaying and fast.. there’s some small green leaves but they never get strong enough and grow.. it’s been like this for 4 weeks almost..
Help!

Welcome, Humberto.
I wouldn't mind the mould so much, seeing that your tree is probably already dead.
Look, there is no such a thing as "too much light" for a bonsai, bonsai trees will never survive inside an office for long, and "inconsistent watering" says it all.
I'm sorry for your tree.

Depends on the location. I think you know it and also mentioned it in a previous post
