It is about cow milk. More specifically, the Whey, so the non-lactose part of it:

Tidbit for science (That kind of geek I am..):
From Whey you get Lactic acid through an electrodialysis process.
Lactose is a disaccharide (kind of sugar..).

... right, nobody mentions the word mildew here anymore, now my hornbeam has it...:angry:
but i will apply my usual mix and will get rid of it in no time :)
