Watering: water until the water pours out of the holes in the bottom of the pot.

Depending on where you are in Australia this summer you will have to water every day, if it is hot and sun shines a lot. Check the soil every day and water when its dry.

We say don't water by schedule, and that is correct, but in the long hot summers here I water every morning and then check later afternoon and water again if necessary. If it rains during the night check the soil and don't automatically skip watering.
