The "worm" on the picture looks like a centipede. They are detrivourus. By the picture of the tree, I dont Think it came with the tree. Contact a lockl etomologist and ask if it is a local species.
Anyway, not a threat to your tree unless it is dying for Another reason.
Thank you for the answer. Why do you thing it didn't come with the tree? I work for 3 years in this office and never saw any of this on the walls but the day I've unboxed the tree I saw the first in 30 minutes. Until now I found 5. And never saw these anywhere indoor environment. that's why I believe it's came with the tree.
So the main question is how can I get rid of them because I'm planning to take the tree in my house but I can't do that until they are there, I don't want them on my room's wall.
I don't even understand why are they on the wall and not in the soil? Maybe because the tree haven't got water in the past 14 days and getting dryer so they can't get the mouisture they need?
Will they infect my other plants in my office?
