Hi
I have a Ficus and a few weeks agai there were little Brian spots on the tree that was raised and the leaves were sticky.
I treated with 2 x a week apart with a soap based medicine.
The sticky leaves is better but now the leaves are very dry,
There are a few yellow leaves every day and I still see a few raised brown spots, But not as many.
I wanted to see if there any suggestions
Thanks

Raised spots?
You mean scale aphids?
After treating with soap and water i always flush the leaves with fresh water. So no resudu will stay on the leaves that can cause damage to the leaves.
But leaves can feel dry for other reasons as well.
Perhaps you have a picture of the tree, and the leaves. Post it here please.
If it are scale aphids, also look on the branches it self.

If I see less of the raised fungus but still some(not many) would you treat again?
Also is there anything I can do about the dry leaves. Maybe it just has to recover
Thanks again

Raised fungus? The last answer you got was about aphids. Soap and water dont do anything to fungus except for maybe increase growth. I think you need to share som pictures to get good answer.
Dry leaves never recovers. They fall off in due time.
