So I was moving my bonsai around since the sun is changing over here. And I noticed some strange spots on the top of the tree.

Sun is changing over the season all over the world, not specific for your area. I have spend thousands of hours in the forests locally and all over the world. Not one single time has I seen a tree move in order to get more light. Find a good spot to keep your tree and leave it there, only moving it when dormant for protection from unhealthy temperatures.

Was not about the sun. Just moved it to a better spot. since I cleared that spot recently. But more about what you can see on the branches the red / white stuff.

Yes, if asumed that moving the tree to more light has nothing to do with the issue.

I dont know the species, and cannot give targeted answer. But generally mowing trees too quick into more sun can give problems with many species.

Hey, This is a Jacaranda, they are decidous or semi-decidous (depending on the climate), so I'm guessing you are on the northern hemisphere, inside it won't go into dormancy, but it might weaken...
Plus, this is a full sun species.
