White Juniper Foliage and Yellow Leaves

Hi! I got this Juniper a couple of years ago from a bonsai nursery and had a question concerning some strange health problems it's had recently. As you can see in the images below, the leaves have developed a splotchy white appearance and have started to turn yellow. The leaves have had this white appearance for awhile but I haven't thought anything of it since the overall health of the tree seemed fine. For the past two summers the tree has had spider mites but I think they're gone now snice I've been spraying a diluted soap mixture on it and I haven't seen any in a while. Any thought will be greatly appreciated!

Looks like very healthy foliage so nothing to worry about. When thining out in spring you can remove all long shoots that you do not want to make a new branch. It will promote tighter growth pattern.
