Nika... I have an azalea that had some of it's leaves started to turn brown. I did some reading in books and online and changed my watering from tap water to collected rain water and filtered water (some times). But there is tons of material that will help you, if you take 30 minutes to do some digging.

Or 30 seconds, by scrolling up to the article by BRKirkland, just above this post, for which he has done quite some effort and that covers the basics and more and even answers the actual question: does overwatering do the same damage as underwatering.
