3 and or 2.

Btw, tomorrow will be 16 celcius(60.8 F) in the afternoon. Should I prevent from the directly sunlight?

Take it outside and leave it there. Doesn't seem necessary to protect it from direct sunlight unless when it gets warmer.

I removed the yellow parts, then; I applied to soap solution, and keep it outside until the rain began. I washed the plant. It is right now indoor due to the rain. Should I keep outside even if rain or humid weather? I didn't apply any chemical products without ask for advice. I add the pictures of the plant and chemical product.

If it is outside it should get rid of any pests quite easily. Let it enjoy the sun. Makebaure it does not dry out too far when it gets warmer. Even at 35c in summer my juniper are in full sun
