My Juniper seeds have not germinated yet but there is a slight bit of mould on one or two corners of the seed tray. What can i do? has the mould gone inside and affected the seeds? I'm going to leave the vent open on the propagator.

What do you think guys?

propagator? Just chuck it outside in the wind and sun, as nature intended.

Hi,
As in there is just a cover on the top of the seed tray. It has vents and yes it is outside, I'm just hoping and hoping that the seeds germinate!
I would be so happy if they sprout and become seedlings.

Looks fantastic! you have so many that have shot up, are these straight acer palmatums?
I used vermiculite and an organic bonsai soil mix. With a little spagnum moss.

Juniper from seeds? Man this is going to take a century.

Anyway, good luck with the seeds! let us know if you get seedlings :)

Yup. Similar to growing them from cuttings. Loads of fun. I have a bunch of junipers from seed, and mountains of cuttings. Fun fun fun!
