I have a Juniper I have been letting grow. I wanted to do a windswept bonsai but I don't know if that is right for this little tree. Do I let it keep growing or should I wire it to some other shape? Any advice?

I think it is still very young, and needs growing to thicken the trunk.
If I were you, I would wait some years, and perhaps put it on the ground, it will grow faster than in a pot.
