Welcome back.

Give your lonicera a bit of N-rich fertilizer. It is underfertilized by the looks of it (unless it is a yellow variety, which I have not encountered before).

It's a Lonicera Nitida 'Baggesens Gold' so I believe this is the correct colour and healthy look. I give my plants fertiliser every couple of weeks or so. Thanks for the advice though!
Some info: Baggesen's Gold' is a small dense evergreen shrub with tiny, ovate, yellow leaves becoming greenish-yellow in shade. Flowers insignificant; berries pale violet, sparsely produced.
