Hello
I am new to bonsai, after i admired bonsai from a distance i decided i will give it a go.
I went to the nursery and got myself a Juniper the before pic( don't know what kind of Juniper so if you know please shear )
Did some light cleaning ( left almost all of the branches ) wiring and branch moving as you can see below.
My question is how should i create a beautiful pads structure? how should I wired the small branches to get the pad structure
I looked for YouTube videos but did not find anything.
thank you.
Alon.

Hi, and welcome.
You cannot create beautiful pads on such a small plant.
Let it grow for a few years and then come back to it.
Try searching youtube for Bjorn Bjorholm and watch his Bonsai art of Japan videos, he creates pads on junipers often in his videos.

thank you,
i am watching his videos now while i am wiring :)
regarding the size, i saw a lot of bonsai trees that are smaller and have pads,
i know that the branches are not well development on my tree because he is young, i am asking how can i cut/prune the branches to create the form i need in order to create the pad structure.
thank you for taking the time to answer my question

I would not wire any further untill you have a plan for this tree.
Do you know what you ant to achieve? Just "adding pads" is not going to make this a realistic bonsai.

I can imagine something half-cascade from it, but what I feel, I still don’t have taste for Bonsai.
