Hi, I've had my Bonsai Tree for about 6 months now.

Wondered if anyone had any thoughts or ideas on the styling of it?

Thanks Martin

Well, there is not much that you can do right now, except to fertilize it, water it and taking good care of him in general. It is a young tree after all. Maybe, if you want to create a better trunk in a faster way you could repot it into a bigger pot or plant it in open ground, that of course, you can do it when next spring comes... That will give you a few years of faster growth

first of all, it looks young as alain said, so i would give it time, as patience is key with this hobby. when you let it grow, it will create a denser ramification, apart from that, i mean it is all your choice, you can choose which style suits you, if you wish to bend the trunk, i would advise to bend it now when the trunk is at its thinnest at this time.

good luck

Thanks for your reply Alain and Jaimin. Yeah the tree is a few years old, though most of the branches have grew this year. I have already wired one of the branches and that seemed to work.
Thats a good idea Alain about putting it in a bigger pot or open ground next year - I'll keep that in mind :)
