My first penjing after some 3 months.
At the begining I pruned the top of the big one and today I started wiring some branches to cover ugly s shaped trunk.

This is a very peaceful looking scene. I like how the little trees have filled out more. I know it's not but the pictures seem like they were taken in two different seasons. Very nice :)

Moss looks good. What do you do to keep it that way?

Nothing special just water it when I water the trees and put it back when birds throw some of it down.
The thing is to pick right kind of moss that will grow and not die away.
I used moss that grew by itself on the surface of substrate of juniper from nursery, i "transplanted" it on penjing soil and it did spread. Same with my other 3 penjings. That nursery juniper is providing me with fresh batch of moss every month or so :)
