Putting them in this landscape does make these trees look nicer.

I don't really like the direction of the trees though... the first one leaning to the left, the second one to the right and the third one straight up.

I´m not sure, but I believe you already posted one thread following up the entire designing process... Is that right? If you didn´t, could you please, next time, make some sort of footage with the process? :whistle:

Yes the position of the trees is really awkward
I will trim all the trees and reposition the left one soon.
Hopefully it will look better.
It´s pity that I didn´t have money for nicer trees as well...

Yes I did post the entire process of my penjing number 2, this was basically the same, with one exception - I had to drill holes to stone to be able to wire top tree to it. The stone was very hard and I managed to drill just 2 small holes, then cemented screws in them and wired the tree to them. All 3 stones are also cemented to the slab.

I am trying to visualize next possible steps ....

And now I am thinking of planting a bigger tree to the left it could put some depth to the picture....what you think?
