Do you think I can make a bonsai out of this- design ideas maybe??

It looks like you could work on that , the foliage is a bit sparse and far from the trunk but you can fix that with proper care ,could you post a few pics of the trunk ?

Looks a bit like picea glauca conica. Not the best species for bonsai, as the branches never fixate.

I like your tree, the fixation indeed may be a problem that the tree will change at will, so wiring constantly is the job on hand eventually it will fix as branches mature, however all new branches will stay with the problem of fixation. Nice tree
