I have an Abies Koreana Ice- Breaker. I have never messed with one before. is now a good time to prune and style?

I have no idea about the species. Good time to do anything depends on your location. Its an international forum, not everyone is from the same place as you.

Before doing anything, please try to read a lot, go to local bonsai clubs and stuff like that. Your tree can wait Im pretty sure abou that

Thank you for your communication. I have been reading up more on this variety and found that now is a great time to Pick and Prune here in the Pacific Northwest. I know a tree must die ever so often but I would like to keep this one.
