As all branches grow to the same side (left side if the trunk is positioned upright), and the opposite side of the main branch is bare, I see three more possibilities:
1-) Raft style, if you tilt down the tree to make the main branch parallel to the soil, semi-buried.
2-) Windswept to the side the branches grow ( difficult style, not for beginners).
3-) Forest planting where this tree would be almost upright, and another lower tree composing the image of a single twin trunk tree with ramification to the opposite side (right side in this case).
