How to style/ prune a double trunk fuji cherry? was created by Fredherbert

Hey y'all.I got this double trunk fuji cherry the other day for a low price. Not quality bonsai, but a decent little tree.It has double trunk, and god, its one zig zagging tree. See pictures below, but the tree is growing absolutely everywhere and it's even doing 180 turns in branching.I've never worked with such tree, save for a double trunk.... Tree is budding, because spring is here with 15 cel a day, so I'm not sure if pruning down the buds is a good idea. Any insight?

It will probably flower from all those buds. I htink leaving the branches, enjoy the flowers, meanwhile think about a future image and after flowring prune?

The crossing twin trunk is an interesting feature. Usually twin or multiple trunks don’t cross like that. Try to think of a scenario in nature that would lead to that, or try to find a tree in some park or forest nearby with that kind of trunk for inspiration.
