Greetings;I just received my new plant-Golden Gate Ficus yesterday in the mail from a Bonsai nursery. How long should I give it before I prune it a little? Should I give it some time to rest from the travel and get acclimated?I already have some plants- Fukien Teas and a Gensing Ficus. TheGolden Gate is a good looking plant. All my other ones are doing good with no problems so far.Which is good as I am a newbie.I would appreciate any advice on this. Carol

I cannot see any trees that need pruning at the moment. They really need to grow. But in the end it is all depending on your final vision for your trees. Anyhow, most tropicals is best pruned in the summer when they are outdoors.
